Here are some Singapore Retailers for Rilakkuma I got from San-X's list. I have only checked out some so far. Here are my reviews for now and I will update this list again:

Excellent collection! There was a good number of plush, stationery, cups, mugs, pots, pans, etc. Great place to shop for Rilakkuma.

Excellent collection! I didn't see plush toys around but there was good range of stationery, iphone case, stickers, notebooks, etc.

Limited collection. Some stationery, one big Korilakkuma head cushion, some small trinkets, notebooks, etc.  It does have thick squeezable Rilakkuma stickers at the side shelves though. I like those:)

Miniature Hobby Characters

This isn't there anymore! Muee has taken that address. Instead, if you are at Vivo, you can look at the next door Mini Toons. There are some plush toys there, though I don't like how they stuff a large Rilakkuma on a short shelf and cause it to be bent. I also saw some thermal flasks with Rilakkuma prints in the shop. Might worth a look.

Woo-hoo~! Discovered this shop at J8. Wonderful collection just like the PS one. I have been noticing Rilakkuma product prices for a while and... tsk tsk. this shop is not very competitive.

Excellent collection! There were plush toys in various sizes, stationery, stamps, iphone cases, bags and etc. Quite comprehensive. Great place to shop for Rilakkuma though the shop assistants are... slightly scary.
